Account Deletion - InBalance

Users may delete their InBalance account directly in the app from Settings > Delete account.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel separately in the store where you bought the subscription.

If you cannot access Settings, you may request deletion by emailing inbalance@eunoiatechnologies.io from the email address linked to your InBalance account.

Include:

  • the subject line InBalance Account Deletion Request
  • the email address used to sign in to InBalance

When an account is deleted, InBalance deletes the following data associated with that account from active systems:

  • account profile data
  • tax profile data
  • payment records
  • proof uploads
  • weekly funding cycles and funding check-ins
  • reminder settings
  • device tokens
  • stored analytics events associated with the account

Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or technical compliance purposes. If you signed in with Google or Apple, InBalance keeps a one-way hashed sign-in account marker in a minimal trial-redemption ledger after account deletion only to prevent repeated free trials.
